“I am so glad to have found my Joel Elliott home in Port Angeles! Not only is it charming and inviting as I drive up to it, it is impeccably designed and constructed to be easy to enjoy and relax in. Thoughtful details like a motion sensor that turns on the light when I walk in from the garage mean there are fewer things to have everyday, low-level struggles with.  The front porch makes it easy to be neighborly, even with all these Covid concerns.  The great room layout feels like a luxury, and many of the other details that are top of the line I wouldn't have known the value of until living with them.  For instance, I wouldn't have chosen the bathroom sinks that are used because I thought they were just a gimmick, but I really like how attractive and functional they are, right down to how easy it is to engage and disengage the drain.  And possibly the best thing of all is the sense that Joel's whole family has contributed to many personal details, like the personalized bar-b-q cover with my name on it,** and the cushion Tamara made for the bench in the laundry room.  My other favorite thoughtful detail:  lighting under the kitchen cabinets! Joel has been true to his word that he stands behind everything.  The few things that I have been confused about brought an immediate response.  It makes me happy to be home. ”

“I was in Port Angeles for a long weekend shopping for a house when I met Joel.  He was working on the landscaping at his new construction house.  I asked him if the house was for sale, it was not listed and not finished.  He gave me a tour of the inside and explained what was going to  happen with the finish items.  I was very impressed with the custom type finishes he was doing.  This was not a cookie cutter new construction house.  I purchased the house the next day and Joel was so easy going with letting me change a few items and discussing all the stages of completing the house.  He has been a great help with a few items that I wanted to change after possession.  There have not been any repairs needed and I love the house.  .”
